font-size: 10pt;\">AI digital kit process management<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #4ed8ca;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Up to \u20ac19,000<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;6578&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h2_title_underlined\">Features and Services<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Process and workflow automation:<\/strong> the solution must enable the digitization and\/or automation of comprehensive processes (horizontal or vertical), as well as other internal process management functionalities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Integration with various platforms:<\/strong> the solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Upgradeable:<\/strong> the solution must be upgradeable with new versions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Scalable:<\/strong> the solution must be able to adapt to potential growth or changes in the SME&#8217;s business structure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Training in generative AI fundamentals for process management:<\/strong> training to prepare employees regarding the functionalities described above, which will include:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Basic fundamentals:<\/strong> AI digital kit process management, overview of current regulations and ethical and security risks involved.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specific training in: <\/strong>automation and optimization of workflows (accounting and finance, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing and payments, human resources, logistics and others), financial management, data interpretation and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> the training will have a total duration of 20 hours over two months for each of the users defined by segment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Human instructor:<\/strong> both in-person and online, the training will be delivered by a human instructor available to users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completion certificate:<\/strong> a certificate of AI skills acquired will be awarded upon completion of the training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h2_title_underlined\">Maximum Grant Amount<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>50* \u2264 X &lt; 100 employees: \u20ac16,000 (includes 20 users and minimum training for 3 of them in associated AI)<\/li>\n<li>100 \u2264 X &lt; 250 employees: \u20ac19,000 (includes 25 users and minimum training for 5 of them in associated AI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><em>* Segment IV includes companies with fewer than 50 employees that qualify as medium-sized enterprises by exceeding an annual turnover and annual balance sheet of \u20ac10 million<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"pasos-para-acceder-a-las-ayudas-del-kit-digital\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span id=\"Pasos_para_acceder_a_las_ayudas_del_Kit_Digital\" style=\"color: #4ed8ca; font-size: 18pt;\">Steps to Access Digital Kit Grants<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To apply for and benefit from the grants offered by the Digital Kit program, interested companies and self-employed individuals must follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. <strong>Register<\/strong> on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelerapyme.gob.es\/user\/login\">Acelera PyME<\/a> website<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Complete an initial <strong>diagnostic test<\/strong> to assess your &#8216;Digital Maturity Level&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Once the test is completed, you can <strong>browse the catalog<\/strong> and select the <strong>digital solutions and Digitization Agent<\/strong>. That is, the company offering that solution. You can select as many digital solutions as needed, but only one solution per category.
