Digital Kit | Grants to digitise your business - LegalMit

How does it work?

The government has launched €500 million in vouchers to support the digitisation of SMEs with 10 to 49 employees. This grant consists of obtaining a digital voucher that can be used to fund the digitisation of your business.
  • For digitisation: you can build your website, develop an e-commerce site, implement a CRM, etc.
  • If you meet the requirements, you will receive your voucher on a first-come, first-served basis. We help you be among the first.
  • You will be able to use your voucher to choose one or more digital solutions.

The Digital Kit is one of the government’s instruments to co-finance the implementation of market-ready digital packages and solutions, enabling SMEs to make significant progress in their level of digital maturity.

This is a non-competitive grant (if you meet the requirements, you can apply for the aid on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted) and it is provided in the form of a “voucher” that can be redeemed for digital packages or solutions. The value of these vouchers ranges from €1,500 to €15,000, as we have seen in similar calls.

We are waiting for the final digital packages and solutions to be published, but
similar aid programmes in previous years have included, among others:

  • Productivity tools, analytics solutions and CRM customer management.
  • E-commerce solutions, payment gateways and POS terminals.
  • Digital marketing tools: SEO, SEM, email marketing, web analytics, social
    media, online reputation, mobile apps.
  • Hosting services, cloud solutions and infrastructure.
  • Basic cybersecurity tools.

You will be able to choose, from a catalogue of Digitising Agents, those offering the packages or solutions that best fit your business, your sector and, in particular, your level of digital maturity. Each one offers different packages according to its value proposition.

If you need a digital solution and its price exceeds the aid received, you can use your Digital Kit voucher to cover part of the cost of that solution. This is something you should assess based on your company’s needs.

The Acelera Pyme self-assessment test has already been published, so you can now find out your company’s level of maturity. Do not worry—we will help you with the entire application.
