The main objective of this category is to provide training in artificial intelligence to optimise processes and streamline customer interactions and relationships.

Features and services

  • Lead management (Leads): manually or via file import.
  • Customer management: tracking sales activity from the opening of the opportunity through to product/service simulation and contracting.
  • Opportunity management: all real business opportunities.
  • Sales actions or tasks: ability to create sales actions and tasks (manual or automatically generated from the sales workflow assigned to the opportunity).
  • Reporting, sales planning and tracking: different levels of information aggregation.
  • Alerts: you will be able to view customer alerts in different types of graphical formats.
  • Document management:you will have sales and document management software to keep all information organised in one place.
  • Integration of multiple platforms: availability of APIs or Web Services to consolidate company-wide information and data.
  • Responsive web (mobile/tablet): the designed web pages must be functional on both personal computers and mobile devices.

AI component

  • Predictive lead scoring: the tool must use artificial intelligence to evaluate historical sales data and customer behaviour to predict and highlight the most promising opportunities.
  • Meeting and task automation: the tool must automate the appointment scheduling process with customers and facilitate coordination between internal teams and them.
  • Automation of sales “journeys“: artificial intelligence must automate tasks such as managing tasks and sales opportunities; classifying emails and automatically replying to them; updating records and assigning tasks to the sales network.
  • Integration with the Customer Management platform: availability of APIs or Web Services to consolidate information and data.
  • Data, privacy and security: existing commitments are respected, including the GDPR and the data limits stipulated in the EU.
  • Providers will ensure that AI systems intended to interact directly with natural persons are designed in such a way that those persons know they are interacting with an AI system.
  • All providers must provide technical documentation, instructions for use, and comply with the Copyright Directive.
  • Training in the fundamentals of generative AI in the field of customer management: training to prepare employees around the functionalities described above, which will include:
    • Basic fundamentals: Digital Kit AI customer management, an introduction to current regulations, and the resulting ethical and security risks.
    • Specific training in: predictive management of current and potential customers (leads) and opportunities, meeting automation, sales “journeys ” tasks (email classification, automatic replies, record updates and task assignment to the sales network), chatbots (FAQs), intelligent document management.
    • Duration: the training will have a total duration of 20h over two months for each of the users defined by segment.
    • Human instructor: in both in-person and online formats, the training will be delivered by a human instructor available to users.
    • Completion diploma: a certificate of AI skills acquired in the field of customer management will be awarded upon completion of the training.

 

Maximum grant amount

  • 50* ≤ X < 100 employees: €18,000 (includes 10 users and at least 3 of them must receive training in associated AI)
  • 100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €24,000 (includes 15 users and at least 5 of them must receive training in associated AI)

Steps to access the Digital Kit grants

To apply for and benefit from the grants offered by the Digital Kit programme, interested companies and self-employed professionals must follow these steps:

1. Register on the Acelera PyME website

2. Take an initial diagnostic test to check your ‘Digital maturity level’.

3. Once the test has been completed, you can browse the catalogue and choose the digital solutions and the Digitalisation Agent, i.e., the company that provides that solution. You can choose as many digital solutions as you need, but only one solution per category. It is not mandatory to use the full amount of the voucher received.

4. Apply for the Digital Kit grant through Red.es by completing the form.

And once the grant has been received, companies and self-employed professionals will be able to implement technological improvements to digitise their business.
