Features and Services

• Social Media Plan: you will have a social media strategy aligned with your mission and vision, making it relevant and connecting with your potential customers while building loyalty among existing users.
• Social Media Monitoring: you will have periodic monitoring and control of the impact of social media actions to view your results and determine whether you are meeting your strategy objectives.
• Network Optimization/Social Media Audit: this will help you optimize performance by analyzing different social channels, social media digital kit.
• Social Media Management: the Digital Agent you have selected to provide the solution will manage your profile/account on at least one social network. If you belong to segments IV or V, management will cover at least 2 social networks.
• Monthly Post Publication: for segments I, II, and III, the Digital Agent will publish a minimum of 4-8 monthly posts on your social networks. For segments IV and V, there will be a minimum of 12 monthly posts.
• Active Listening Strategy Implementation: this will help you maintain supervision of your social networks. (Exclusive to Segments IV and V)
• Monthly Audiovisual Content Creation: the Digital Agent will handle the creation and publication of at least two monthly posts of audiovisual content. (Exclusive to Segments IV and V)

Steps to Access Digital Kit Grants

To apply for and benefit from the grants offered by the Digital Kit program, interested companies and self-employed individuals must follow these steps:

1. Register on the Acelera PyME website

2. Complete an initial diagnostic test to verify your ‘Digital Maturity Level.’

3. Once the test is completed, you may consult the catalog and select the digital solutions and Digital Agent. That is, the company offering that solution. You may choose as many digital solutions as needed, but only one solution per category. It is not mandatory to use the entire voucher received.

4. Apply for the grant Digital Kit through Red.es by completing the form.

Once the grant is received, companies and self-employed individuals will be able to implement technological improvements for the digitalization of their business.
